• Client Link Information: Customer contact details (such as customer name and mobile numbers) to associate smart home systems with specific deployment sites.
• Network & Telemetry Data: Public hostnames, custom monitor URLs, network ping status, connection response times, and online/offline status logs.

3. How We Use Your Information

The collected information is used solely for the operational purposes of the App, specifically to:

• Authenticate authorized installers and administrators.
• Map and track the active telemetry of smart home processors.
• Send automated alert notifications (via Email/SMTP) when a client system goes offline.
• Diagnose connection issues and track historical network uptime logs.
• Generate downloadable CSV logs and system health reports.

4. Data Storage & Security

Your data is securely stored on private database servers managed by Lumi Electronics. We utilize industry-standard security measures, including data transmission encryption (SSL/TLS) and hashed passwords, to protect your database assets against unauthorized access, loss, or modification.

5. Data Sharing & Third-Party Disclosure

We do not sell, trade, or share your personal or client data with any third-party marketing companies, advertisers, or outside entities. The telemetry and customer mapping remain confidential and are only accessed by your organization's administrators to provide technical support.

We retain data for as long as your installer account or associated devices are active in our portal registry. Administrators can delete installer accounts, devices, or purge historical uptime logs directly from the control panel. If you wish to request manual deletion of your personal account data, please contact us.
